March 21, 2013: Former Bell Mayor Oscar Hernandez and onetime City Council members Teresa Jacobo, George Mirabal, George Cole and Victor Bello were convicted Wednesday of misappropriating public funds.
Former Councilman Luis Artiga was acquitted of all charges.
